Skyrocket Program

Welcome to the SkyRocket Coaching Package Program

We know this document should be full of definitions and written by a lawyer – but let’s face it. The real purpose is for us all to be on the same page in regards to the terms and conditions of joining this program. 

We think it is more important that we keep this to plain english and create a document you actually want to read. So … here we go.

This document serves as a professional understanding and agreement between us in relation to the delivery of the Skyrocket Coaching Package program.

Please have a read and if you have any questions let us know. 

We don’t think anything will come as a surprise to you .. but if it does let’s chat. It is important we start our professional relationship ‘on the same page’.

Here goes: 

The company name is Quantum Leap Pty Ltd, based in Queensland Australia. The Wisdom Playground is a division of our company that runs this program and a whole lot more.

Now here is what we need you to agree with …

The Inclusions

The program is delivered online and as of March 2022 includes:

  • A five hour masterclass
  • Four group coaching sessions of 2 hours each
  • Private Telegram support group
  • Membership access to course notes, templates and a whole lot more

We like seeing your face

When we run our online learning parties we like to see your face. This means joining with your video on. We understand that sometimes internet connections may not make this possible, but it is a condition of joining our program that you are willing to join via video internet permitting.

We start on time

We have a lot to get through during our learning parties so we always aim to start on time. In fact, to make sure we can start on time we will be there at least 5 minutes early.

To minimise distraction for others and to maximise your learning we ask that you turn up on time too.

If you are running late please drop us a message in telegram.

Please don’t share our content with others who aren’t on the program. 

It’s not that we don’t want to share. We do. But it is important that you respect our intellectual property. 

So please don’t provide or make available any Content (including, but not limited to, audio and/or visual presentations, documentation, printed or digital materials and workbooks, and other elements of our “Content”) to any third party, or use the Content to teach any third party any portion of the Services without asking us first. 

Psst: Keep you login details to yourself 

You will be given access to our membership platform. Please maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Whilst we don’t want to do it, we do reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our content if your credentials are being shared with another party.

If you feel you have a good reason to share your login credentials. Get in touch and let us know why. That way we can make an informed decision and, if we say yes, you won’t have to worry about losing access to your account.

What if you change your mind and want a refund?

As soon as you register for SkyRocket you have access to our wealth of materials and information on our membership site and once we get going you will receive incredible value from the moment we start working together.

For these reasons we do not do refunds.

We cannot guarantee results

We do the program over 4 weeks so that we can support you to implement what you learn. We put a lot of time, effort and love into this program. 

We continually get outstanding results from this program but unfortunately there are no guarantees. 

But getting results is, and always will be our core focus. So please ensure you are ready to show up fully.

Sometimes, things go wrong.

Sometimes, no matter how much risk management we have in place things can go wrong. This could mean that technology brings Zoom sessions to a grinding halt, sickness could bring down a trainer or life intervenes in ways that make delivering a scheduled program unachievable. 

This means a session may need to be cancelled or postponed at short notice.

We really hope this doesn’t happen but if it does, we do reserve the right to reschedule delivery and will be in personal contact to make sure we can support you in the best way possible.

And of course, we understand that it’s possible something similar could happen for you. If that’s the case, we are here to help! Please get in touch and we will work out how best to support your learning. This may mean providing recordings or giving you the option to jump into the next batch of the program.

We value your privacy.

We care about your private information including email and phone number and will not disclose it to any third party no matter how much they threaten to tickle us, torture us or pay us in diamonds and silk. The only exception will be if we are required to by law.
